Prof. Jianmin Zhang | IEEE Senior Member

Hangzhou Dianzi University

Jianmin Zhang earned his B.E. and M.E. from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and an additional M.E. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He is a Professor and PhD supervisor at the School of Automation (Artificial Intelligence), Hangzhou Dianzi University, and a Senior Member of IEEE. He serves as Executive Director of the Zhejiang Electric Power Society and Deputy Director of the Regional Energy Internet Zhejiang Engineering Center. He is also a review and panel expert for NSFC projects. His research focuses on smart grid situational awareness and visualization, cyber-physical-social systems, cybersecurity, and the planning and operation of new power systems. He has led one NSFC Key Program project, one NSFC General Program, one Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Key Program, one Zhejiang Provincial Key Research Project, and nearly 30 provincial or State Grid-level projects. He has published over 120 SCI/EI papers as first or corresponding author, holds over 20 invention patents, and has received one provincial/ministerial second-class prize for scientific and technological progress. He is a co-author of a technical monograph published by China Electric Power Press and contributed to one national and one industry standard.

Prof. Guofeng He | Vice Dean of School of Electrical and Control Engineering

Henan University of Urban Construction

Guofeng He received his Ph.D. from Zhejiang University. He is currently a Professor and Vice Dean of the School of Electrical and Control Engineering at Henan University of Urban Construction. He serves as the leader of the Henan Provincial Platform for Research on Microgrid Power Conversion and Intelligent Control Technology, and is recognized as an Innovative Leading Talent (the fourth batch of the "1125" Talent Program in Zhengzhou). He also heads the innovation team for "Efficient Conversion and Intelligent Control of AC/DC Hybrid Microgrids." As principal investigator, he has led or participated in one National 863 Program project, three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and six key research projects of Henan Province. He has published over 50 academic papers in important domestic and international journals and conferences, authored one monograph, and has been granted 20 authorized national invention patents.

Assoc. Prof. Junjun Xu

Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications

Junjun Xu, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Director of the Electrical Engineering Department at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Southeast University in 2019 and was a Visiting Scholar at RMIT University, Australia (2018–2019). He was selected for the 2023 Young Talent Support Program of the Jiangsu Association for Science and Technology and the 2021 Jiangsu "Double Innovation Doctor" Talent Program. He serves on the Youth Expert Group of the China Electric Power Research Institute and is an Editorial Board Member of Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems (SCI Q1). His awards include the 2024 CAA Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, the 2023 Electric Power Science and Technology Innovation First Prize, and multiple Outstanding Reviewer Awards from prestigious journals like Proceedings of the CSEE and Automation of Electric Power Systems. He also received the 2024 IEEE IAS Energy Systems Committee Best Paper Award and the 2021 CSEE Excellent Paper Award.
